I am a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, career woman, wife, business owner, and published author. I am also a 24-year cancer survivor. I consider that designee my greatest badge of honor. I’m in the cancer survivor’s club, and by living through my own personal experiences, I have a sense of what this club has to offer. I am honored to welcome YOU into this club, to listen unapologetically and to support you in this incredible journey of living strong in love, purpose, and fulfillment.
I hold a master’s degree in Psychology and began my professional career in 1989 as a clinician in the behavioral health field. Over the years, I earned my way as a valued leader and respected mentor for hundreds of colleagues, clients, families, and community members. I am most proud of helping others flourish in reaching their own potential and dreams. I am now a board-certified, professional life coach. This achievement, coupled with my own personal experiences allows me to add tremendous value to your own well-being and livelihood. With compassion and expertise, I will support you as you aspire to your fullest potential in love, purpose, and fulfillment.
I acquired respect and admiration for her generosity, intelligence, and dedication to the mental health field. She put many hours into creating teams that would ultimately help change the course of every client we served, while working under her management.
